Exchange/ Returns Policy
We do not have an Exchange/ Return policy unless the item received by you is damaged or wrong (Color/ Size/ Item etc). On receiving a damaged/wrong product you can Email us your order number along with the product picture on firstname.lastname@example.org or Contact us on +61 393-697163 (Monday-Saturday 11am to 6pm). We require a receipt or proof of purchase and the item purchased needs to be delivered to our official address within 7 business days from the date received.You may also email us after placing your order to convey your queries and specifications if any.
EXCHANGE (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:

REFUNDS (only for damaged/defective items)
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item and also the status of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the same item is available with us, we will send it to you along with a copy of your email. If the same item is not available with us, we will arrange for an immediate refund. Kindly note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the returned item is not available with us, we will do a refund excluding the shipping charges.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
